4 TIPS TO HELP YOU SAVE TIME DURING YOUR WORKOUTS


Are you struggling with finding the time to workout? Are your workouts longer than they need to be?

We know you’ve got other things to do with your day.

Here are 4 simple tips to help you save some time :

  1. Plan your workouts by the month/week 🗓: Don't get stuck scrolling on your phone for 10+ minutes because you failed to plan ahead. 😅 *Also, be sure to reach out to a professional and ask for help if you're unsure of exactly where to start with your exercise programming.

  2. Limit your distractions 📵: staying off of your phone, avoiding getting glued to the tv's at the gym, and even having an unnecessarily long convo with "Bob" for 10+ minutes.

  3. Set appropriate rest times between sets ⏲: although rest times are important, the majority of people sit down or rest way longer than they need to. Be sure to keep an eye on the time!

  4. Prioritize basic + compound movements first 🏋🏾: do yourself a favor and SKIP ALL THE FLUFF. If all else fails, make sure you prioritize your basic movements (squat, hinge, push, pull, carry) and compound movements (squats vs leg extensions, bench press vs tricep extensions, hip thrust vs kickbacks, etc.).
